What channels does MesageAI support?

WhatsApp (via Baileys), Telegram (via bot token), web widget (embed), and voice (via Sage Voice API). All channels share the same AI persona and conversation history.

How does the AI learn about my business?

Upload knowledge documents, configure skills and tools, set your tone and system prompt. The AI also learns from your menu data, business info, and conversation history.

How does credit billing work?

Each AI response consumes credits based on the model used (deepseek-v4-flash is 1 credit, pro models cost more). You start with free credits and top up monthly.

Can I manually reply to customers?

Yes. Pause AI for a conversation, reply manually, then resume. The AI picks up from where you left off with full context.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Every business gets isolated data storage. Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not train on your customer conversations.

Can I have multiple businesses?

Yes. Each business gets its own AI agent, channels, knowledge base, and billing. Switch between them from the dashboard.

What if the AI gives a wrong answer?

Temperature=0 ensures deterministic responses. Grounding rules prevent inventing information. Escalation tags let the AI flag when it needs human help.
