Your data is used solely to operate the MesageAI platform: processing conversations, training AI agents on your business context, and improving service quality. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Conversation data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each business gets isolated data storage. We retain message data for the duration of your active subscription plus 30 days.
4. Third-Party AI Processing
AI responses are generated through Sage Inference, our proprietary inference layer. No message data is sent to third-party AI providers with independent data retention policies.
5. Your Rights
You may request data export, correction, or deletion at any time by contacting [email protected]. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
