1. Service
MesageAI provides AI-powered customer communication agents for businesses. You retain full ownership of your business data and customer conversations.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must keep your bot tokens and API keys secure.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use MesageAI for spam, illegal activities, harassment, or any purpose that violates applicable laws. AI agents must clearly identify themselves as automated when required by law.
4. Service Level
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI responses are generated in real-time and may occasionally be incorrect — you are responsible for monitoring critical conversations.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Credits are consumed per AI response. Unused credits never expire — they carry over indefinitely across billing cycles. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate service with 30 days notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days before permanent deletion.
7. Limitation of Liability
MesageAI is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
